<lb ed="T" n="0048c06"/><span class="tx">滅壬申至弘仁六年。都合一千四百三十歲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c07"/><note place="inline">一云。一千七<br/>百六十七歲</note><span class="tx">吾日本朝佛<anchor n="0048c0739" xml:id="021720048c0739"></anchor>像流行。從廣庭天</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0048c09"/><span class="tx">六十八歲。其中間元興興福二寺先德諍法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c10"/><span class="tx">相義。已逕年數于今未息。今勒二八條</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c11"/><span class="tx">流行於後生。示其兩途</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c12"/><span class="tx">　　內明十義　　　因明六義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c13"/><span class="tx">一內明十義者。一眞俗二諦各有四重。且眞</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c14"/><span class="tx">　　四重中二空門及廢詮門。但在圓成門不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c15"/><span class="tx">通餘門</span><note place="inline">云云</note><note place="inline">是餘<br/>寺義</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c16"/><span class="tx">階寺義云。一切法皆有四重。其眞第四重。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c17"/><span class="tx">是先三重之離言義也。非局眞如。故二諦</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c18"/><span class="tx">義引成唯識第七云。若依世俗說。離於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c19"/><span class="tx">心別有心所。卽第二俗。事差別故。若依</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c20"/><span class="tx">勝義。心所與心非離非卽。卽第二眞。因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c21"/><span class="tx">果道理非卽離故。又第七云。如前所說。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c22"/><span class="tx">識差別相依理世俗。卽第二俗。非眞勝</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c23"/><span class="tx">義。眞勝義中心言絶故。卽第四眞。又彼卷</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0048c24"/><span class="tx">解。八識自體非定一異。卽第三俗。對心</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0048c29"/><span class="tx">緣不作影。因不緣者作影像緣之。故唯</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a01"/><span class="tx">識疏第八云。先所得者親得。餘新得者影</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a02"/><span class="tx">得。或疏文云。餘新得者影說</span><note place="inline">是疑宗<br/>誤流也</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a03"/><span class="tx">一遍計所執名爲虛妄唯識。卽演祕云。虛妄</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a04"/><span class="tx">　　識之所取故云唯識。東抄所說同之。於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a05"/><span class="tx">此義中　餘義云。隨能執妄情之虛妄取。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a06"/><span class="tx">隨能執心名爲虛妄。唯識等</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a07"/><span class="tx">今階義云。虛妄執心妄執有實能取心及</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a08"/><span class="tx">實所取之境也。是實能取所取心境相對</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a09"/><span class="tx">名虛妄唯識也</span><note place="inline">此義甚希。<br/>未流行之</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a10"/><span class="tx">一能觀唯識以別境慧爲體。此義中　餘義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a11"/><span class="tx">　　云。正取慧爲觀體。兼取定爲能觀體</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a12"/><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">此義取餘師義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a13"/><span class="tx">階云。唯以慧爲觀體。非取定等。是大乘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a14"/><span class="tx">基本義也。廣如義林章。或取章家之破</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a15"/><span class="tx">餘師文爲正義者。末葉疎見也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a16"/><span class="tx">一所緣緣者。重云緣者　或云。有體能生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a17"/><span class="tx">　　心名緣。相於心中現爲所緣。配此二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a18"/><span class="tx">義重有緣緣字</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a19"/><span class="tx">階云。重云緣者是四緣之一緣也。不配</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a20"/><span class="tx">屬二義。故觀所緣論測師疏云。所緣緣者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a21"/><span class="tx">則四緣中是境界緣。故毘婆沙名境界緣。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a22"/><span class="tx">部執論名所了緣。雜心論但言緣緣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a23"/><span class="tx">問。若爾何故觀所緣論云有體能生心故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a24"/><span class="tx">名爲緣。相於心中現名爲所緣耶。答。是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a25"/><span class="tx">於所緣緣有二義也。不配緣緣二字。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a26"/><span class="tx">測疏云。然釋二義諸論不同。若依此論。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a27"/><span class="tx">相於心現名所緣。能生識故名緣。是則</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a28"/><span class="tx">當此說帶相及有體生識義。唯識第七</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049a29"/><span class="tx">卷於所慮所詫釋所緣緣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b01"/><span class="tx">一三類境義中　餘云。唯於見分境立三類</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b02"/><span class="tx">　　境。非自證分境</span><note place="inline">云云</note>

<lb ed="T" n="0049b04"/><span class="tx">一第六識緣過未五蘊時。心中相分　餘云。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b05"/><span class="tx">　　無本質故名獨影。從質種生。開質故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b06"/><span class="tx">名帶質</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b07"/><span class="tx">階云。能緣同種故名獨影。熏成種子成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b08"/><span class="tx">本質。故名帶質</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b09"/><span class="tx">一因位妙觀平等二智不緣未來圓鏡成事</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b10"/><span class="tx">　　熏成種子</span><note place="inline">云云</note><note place="inline">是餘<br/>義也</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b11"/><span class="tx">階云。因無漏二智緣圓鏡成事。熏成種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b12"/><span class="tx">子成當本質也。故樞要云。緣過未五蘊</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b13"/><span class="tx">熏成種子生本質故</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b14"/><span class="tx">一人執必帶法執。是常徒義也。若爾第七恒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b15"/><span class="tx">　　相續人執。云何有法執耶。此義中　階</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b16"/><span class="tx">云。不了爲法執故。疏第五云。不了杌喩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b17"/><span class="tx">法執。迷人喩人執。疏云。人執必起人中</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b18"/><span class="tx">事執。法執不了爲執</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">　餘義所流未明｣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b19"/><span class="tx">一第七緣第八見爲我時。心中相分　或</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b20"/><span class="tx">　　云見質同種</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b21"/><span class="tx">階云。別種生廣如義燈演祕文。餘義不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b22"/><span class="tx">用燈祕所記。夫師資相傳也。而不依門</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b23"/><span class="tx">徒所記。云何立本師義耶</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b24"/><span class="tx">　　因明六義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b25"/><span class="tx">一掌珍論有爲空量有有法一分不成過。於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b26"/><span class="tx">　　此義中　餘云。唯於眞性有有法不成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b27"/><span class="tx">過。或云。唯於有爲之有空義有此過</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">｣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b28"/><span class="tx">階云。於眞性有爲四字。有有法一分不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049b29"/><span class="tx">成。故疏云。謂約我宗眞性有爲無爲非空</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c01"/><span class="tx">不空。有法一分不極成過</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">卽云眞性有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c02"/><span class="tx">爲無爲非空不空有法一分不極成過。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c03"/><span class="tx">故知眞性有爲無爲有一分過也。又燈云。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c04"/><span class="tx">如彼諸說。宗中無有法不極成過。以其</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c05"/><span class="tx">眞性不是有法。擧此眞性。意取有爲以</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c06"/><span class="tx">爲有法故。以上是餘師無有法過也。今</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c07"/><span class="tx">謂是過。彼擧眞性。眞性皆空無有爲法。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c08"/><span class="tx">本意不取眞性爲有法。於眞性中復不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c09"/><span class="tx">可言說。說何以爲有法。故有法過。卽云</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c10"/><span class="tx">眞性皆空無有爲法。故知眞性有爲爲一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c11"/><span class="tx">分過也。又唐朝新度唯識僉記云。理和尙</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c12"/><span class="tx">說。言一分者。護法云。勝義諦中非空不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c13"/><span class="tx">空。緣生有故非空。遍計所執無故非不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c14"/><span class="tx">空。於眞性中離言絶相。不可言其空</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c15"/><span class="tx">有。淸辨云。勝義諦中一切皆空。卽違護法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c16"/><span class="tx">一分不空之理。故言一分不成失。乃至引</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c17"/><span class="tx">疏文謂約我宗等文云。卽約護法眞性之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c18"/><span class="tx">中非空不空。淸辨不許護法勝義非空。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c19"/><span class="tx">故言一分不極成也。有抄復云。護法非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c20"/><span class="tx">空不空。彼淸辨言。勝義皆空。望於不空</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c21"/><span class="tx">故言一分不成</span><note place="inline">以上<br/>記文</note><span class="tx">從此記未來以前。卽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c22"/><span class="tx">傳一分義。況亦唐國有此傳乎。其立者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c23"/><span class="tx">幷諸師眞性簡別是不有法</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">今敵者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c24"/><span class="tx">意。因明道理宗中簡別。是不離法有法。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c25"/><span class="tx">卽有法上置此簡別。故入有法也。諸師</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c26"/><span class="tx">云。眞性不入有法。故無有法一分過。今</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c27"/><span class="tx">卽眞性不入有法。云何有有法一分過。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c28"/><span class="tx">又新羅賓記云。眞性有爲四字皆是有法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0049c29"/><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">若眞性不入有法。云何顯有法一分</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0050a04"/><span class="tx">一唯識比量因自許言　餘云。共許自許</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0050a06"/><span class="tx">許言獨屬立者。立自義故。又云。共許自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0050a07"/><span class="tx">許。兩俱隨一可雙也。故義纂云。共量因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0050a08"/><span class="tx">置自許言。亦得成因。如唯識論樂大乘</span>
